This series of jewellery is a tribute to wonders of nature, the bizarre and incredible forms of life and death. Also known as Wunderkammer, the concept was widely spread in Europe since 17 until early 20 centuries. An epidemic of collecting exotic artefacts, taxidermy, minerals and various forms of art not only hit the aristocracy and academical enthusiasts of the time, but as well the mystics and admirers of the morbid and obscure, in terms of the morality of their times. Exploring the forms and textures, the unseen and rare – it is an experiment to capture and preserve the charm of once popular cabinets of curiosities in different metals and best traditions of statement jewellery.
