About Bricabracomania

 I am Eva, the creator of Bricabracomania Jewels. My art is heavily influenced by western esotericism, alchemy, darker aspects of history and works of C. G. Jung. I strive to provide meaningful and durable jewels, symbolical companions on a journey of self-discovery, tools to assist shadow work and process of Individuation. Each piece is made with an intention, attention to detail and with great respect to the Environment, Myself and the Customer.

Project Unscientific Method is dedicated to resurrecting and re-imagining the almost extinct art of talismanmaking. All the pieces are handmade from precious metals and natural stones using traditional techniques in a small workshop in Dresden. I work together with my husband Felix on a quest of searching new motifs and ideas for talismans and divination tools and grounding them into a physical form - our goal is to set a certain standard of quality and intentional creativity, that is why most pieces are one of a kind or small batch.

Ich bin Eva, die Schöpferin von Bricabracomania Schmuck. Meine Kunst ist stark von westlicher Esoterik, Alchemie, dunkleren Aspekten der Geschichte und den Werken C. G. Jungs beeinflusst. Mein Ziel ist es, bedeutungsvolle und langlebige Schmuckstücke zu schaffen, symbolische Begleiter auf der Reise der Selbstfindung und Werkzeuge zur Unterstützung der Schattenarbeit und des Individuationsprozesses. Jedes Schmuckstück wird mit einer Absicht, Liebe zum Detail und mit großem Respekt gegenüber der Umwelt, mir selbst und dem Kunden gefertigt.

Das Projekt „Unwissenschaftliche Methode“ widmet sich der Wiederbelebung und Neuinterpretation der fast ausgestorbenen Kunst der Talismanherstellung. Alle Schmuckstücke werden in einer kleinen Werkstatt in Dresden nach traditionellen Techniken aus Edelmetallen und Natursteinen handgefertigt.
